When you use your PC OptimumTM points for cash, you receive the following value: At locations under the Loblaw label, along with online at shoppersdrugmart.ca, pharmaprix.ca, joefresh.ca, and pcexpress.ca, 1,000 points can be exchanged for $1 worth of groceries or other goods. There is only one flat charge for all redemptions, and that’s it. As long as your account is active and in good standing, points will not expire.
As a result, you are free to accumulate and keep as many points as you desire without feeling pressured to use them up quickly.
Only a few restrictions apply to the otherwise extremely simple redemption process: There is a 10,000-point requirement for redemption, and points may only be used in $10 increments. So, for instance, if you have 28,000 points, you may choose to either redeem 20,000 of them now and then hold off till you earn another 2,000 points to make a redemption for 10,000 points, or you can just hold off until you have 30,000 points and then redeem them all at once for $30 in value. Additionally, you may only use 500,000 points ($500 worth) each purchase.
Other Benefits of the Card
